I'm having some problems with my cooling system. I changed the temp gauge and the fans don't come on. Anyone have a part number on that so i can make sure i got the right one. I checked all grounds and what not and everythings fine. I changed the temp sending unit aswell. When i unplug it the computer goes into failsafe mode and the fans come on, but once i plug it back in the fans go off. I even took the old sensor and plugged it into the harness with the engine running and then put a torch to it. I gave it a little heat and the fans go on. For some reason when a sensor is in the water jacket i get no fans. I did a search and read all the post's about the similar problem, but i can't figure it out. I'm thinking somehow hot enough water isnt hitting the sensor or something. The gauge reads hot , all the way to the H but i get no fans. Anyone have any clue what i can do next? I've run out of ideas and it's getting frustrating.

Also, i read something about bleeding the head and cooling system, how would i go about doing this? Maybe i have so much air in my cooling system it's interfeering with water flow.....
