Can anyone tell me if i can use the headers available for sr20ve on my sr16ve? I know they will bolt on but will the pipe size and lengths be correct for the 1600? I dont want to go and spend $1600nz on a set of fujitsubo for sr20ve not to have a gain. Anyone else with sr16ve tried the sr20ve aftermarket headers?
Also i heard hotshot were in the process of making a header for sr20ve. Available in the US yet?

I think Hotshot makes one for the VE now. Check their website.

Don't waste your $ on a Hotshot unit of any kind. How many people do you know who's primaries cracked, secondaries rusted to hell or make funny noises. Their customer service is terrible with nothing but excuses when it's time to honor warranties.
Only when you compare the quality of a HS unit to a Fujitsubo will you fully appreciate the differences. Do whatever it takes to acquire a Fujitsubo and have it shipped to the US. Even with air ship costs you'll end up paying about the same as a HS and end up with 10x the quality.

cheers for that, i think i will go for the fujitsubo but i only hope that with them being made for the sr20ve it makes a difference.
Mind you i am thinking of getting the sr20ve crank etc anyway

Do you have any numbers regarding how much you gained with the Fujitsubo on your VE!? How much did it cost you!?
