I don't know if they have to be extended, but those are the 2 grounds on the intake.

That's what they look like. IIRC I didn't have to extend them but this will depend on how you run your harness.

Are these the 2ground wire's that has to be extend longer for swapping the VE into the Highport DE.

Exactly. But there's no need to extend them if you install the harness right.

those gorunds are for the ecu so make sure you do it right, however you do it.
