For Sale:
Garrett GT2560R #1 (the one on the right in the pic above) - SOLD
This one spins freely and has little/no radial play, but has some visible damage to the compressor wheel. You MAY be able to use it AS-IS, but worst case you can send it in to Garrett through their CHRA exchange program and get a brand new CHRA for $470 and you will have a like new GT2560R. I already contacted ATP and verified that this turbo qualifies for the CHRA exhange program. New GT2560R's sell for $1000 or more. Also, this turbo is missing the circlip holding the wastegate rod to the valve. Has one slightly bend stud on the compressor inlet. New compressor wheel off ebay runs about $60.

Garrett GT2560R #2 (the one on the left in the pic above)- $400 shipped CONUS OBO
Spins freely, No noticeable radial play.
Came off a S14 Sylvia originally. From a good running low mileage JDM motorset (40k km), but I never got around to installing it on my car. I had bought the first GT2560R with some damage to the compressor wheel and was planning to replace the CHRA, but this one popped up so I grabbed it instead. It's in great shape! It was a planned upgrade from my SR20 T25 turbo that I’m currently running, but I’m really happy with my T25 for the time being and I’ll likely be selling my car this Summer so I no longer plan to upgrade to this turbo.
