I'm replacing the head gasket on one of my engines. 2.0

1.) Should I get new head bolts?
2.) How much do the bolts get torqued?
3.) Should I get a special gasket or will the one from Autozone work?

Any other tips and suggestions that you have found while changing the head gasket would be greatly appreciated.
