they're out of the RB spec gti-r (all years, 90-94)
but they were actually just a nismo option (part number 38420-RS426)
i have not read any confirmation of whether the 38420-RS426-US (usdm) part for the '93-01 altima (and other cars with RS5F50A trannies) is compatible with the gti-r

I have an Altima and I tried buying the Nismo lsd for it but, when I got the lsd it was for an AWD RS5F50A not a fwd so I ended up returning it and getting my money back. This was almost 4 years ago so I didn't know what the hell I was looking at,if I would of known that I was going to end up owning a Bluebird I would of kept it.. Luckily I did take some pics of it..

I've got a New Nismo Altima LSD for sale. I posted in the GTI-R section. If you want a spare or if you have other friends with Gti-R's that are interested.

hey slightly off topic but sorta kinda related.....
how close are the rear diffs of the gti-r and the b12 4wd wagons?
reason i ask is cause you can put in a subie lsd in the b12 with some machining of clip rings and if the gti-r rear diff is the same set up ...coupled with this front lsd would make for a killer set up.......might be a little more incentive to get the front lsd.....i know im thinking about it.....lol
