Ordered an In Stock Gtir heat shield on Feb 19th. Called March 2nd for a status as I had not received anything except the order confirmation. They stated they were not sure if was in stock or had to be ordered. If it was in stock it would be overnighted to me, if not it was to be ordered. Fast forward to today. No emails, no calls, no parts. Call them up again. Oh we don't know what the status is and the guy who placed the order is off today, ok let me speak to a manager. Manager comes on, excuses, excuses, excuses. Cancel my order, you guys are useless.
This was my first and last experience with Infiniti parts usa. :mad:

is this infiniti of scotts dale? did you place the order online?
If so,
Justin is a member on g20.net & has posted a psot stating "do not place orders on the web site, if you need anything for any of the older cars (pre g35) then CALL THEM & ask for him & he will help create your order.
Apparently the person ruinning the website doenst know what he's doing & the rest of the guys working there dont know shit either....lol
call & ask for justin...i have never had a problem with ANY of my orders placed with him....other people have messed them up pretty bad to

I dont think Justin works there anymore.....He left like a month ago or so IIRC.
There may be anopther guy named Justin there, but its not the Justin everyone is thinking....unless he came back for some reason lol
