car is a 94 sentra with a sr20det bluebird.

on cold starts in on cold days, the idle bounces from 200rpms to 1200rpms. once it is warmed up, it idles around 1500rpms.

the idle also bounces like that when shifting into nuetral after cruising.

the past few days have been warmer (like 50's and 60's) and the idle still bounces on cold starts but it drops so low it stalls. once it is warmed up, it idles just under 1000rpms.

it is also getting terrible gas mileage..... not sure if that is related.

sounds like unmetered air entering the system....

is your bov recirced?

if there are no leaks, check the connection at the coolant temp sensor, they get corroded....

take your maf out and see if it's dirty....

do you have anyway at looking at the data stream?

anytime you post something like this you need to list your ENTIRE setup...

well i just bought the car so i dont know a ton about it.

its a bluebird swap, not sure which one though. it has the stock t25 turbo at 11psi (the manual boost controller wont let me turn it down anymore lol), and bolt ons like 2.5" exhaust, front mount, clutch. stock injectors and a walboro fp with NO fpr as far as i can tell....

he told me it is using the stock bluebird electronics, so it is not tuned or anything.

its a dsm bov and it is recirced. what would the coolant temp sensor have to do with it? i will look at it.

air/boost leak. Time to pressure test it.

I've had mine get corroded over time. It caused it to run rich.
