Hey guys,
i did a some searching and could find nothing too current, so here goes....

i am currently running 205 40 17's on my 91 ser....time for new tires....
found that falkin shows a tire to fit my vehicle 215 35 17.....

my buddy suggested 225 35 17.....

falkin does not show this to be a good plus size tire....

what have you guys seen work????

i was affraid the 215's were going to rub & now 225's????

also, running tokico shocks and eibach springs....
thanks for the look and ne help.

I couldn't run anything bigger than a 205/40/17 on my 91 SE-R. I had rolled the fender lip and put spacers on the back and they barely fit.

for price wise, i would stick with 205-40-17. it depends on how wide your rims are. i have a set of volks te37's that are 17x7.5. since they were a little wider, 205-40-17 tires do not cover the lip of the rims. most 17" tires are 7" wide, so stick with the proven 205 series.

I had 17x7 with 38mm offset and used 205/40 with no rubbing or spacers.
