damn frank, how do you keep the wheels from spinning? I'm only making somewhere a little higher than 200whp and I'm spinning second, 3rd holds pretty well.

Thanks Wicked.

Spdracer, my turbo is pretty laggy, and that is a good thing with a FWD car, keeps the tires from blowing off quickly. It still spins through second on a hard shift. Of course I only run 10 psi on the street. I only run more at the dragstrip or dyno, when I get ahold of some good gas :)

I am still using shitty Kumho Ecsta 712's.

What type of rims do you have, and what size tires are you using?

17" Tenzo AV7's with 205/40 Kumho Ecsta Tires, cheap stuff. I think I spent $80 per wheel, and $70 per tire or something. The tires are not sticky, but they do wear like rocks. The car still felt great on the track.

Does the weight of the wheel huurt performance? Or does it not even make a differencee, when you're making that much power?

Honestly I didn't notice one bit of difference. I don't even think those wheels are much heavier than stock.

OTOH, what I did notice significantly was the improved cornering! Wow, 17's rock in that respect.
