Ya, sorry bout that Wes. The weather turned out great didn't it. =( I was checkin the weather the night before and figured it would start out crappy and improve for at least the afternoon. Woke up in time, and while still groggy as hell didn't remember. Saw the rain and thought "Scratch that!" and promptly went back to bed. SOOO Stupid. The 6th is busy. Season finale w/ the Bimmerheads AND there is somethin out at Rte66. Not to mention i'm 1st on the waiting list for a RoadAmerica school that weekend. =D I'm gonna try to make the final Rte66 event 19-20th. I know this may be a drive for you. Never fear, next year is the SCCA STS assault. Milwaukee will be on the calander regularly. You could have seen me break one of my axles (or my PP, don't know yet) right on the staging lanes, getting ready to do my first run. Had to get the car flatbedded back to Park Ridge. If anyone is interested, moderator Ben is coming up tomorrow to help me diagnose/fix the problem around 5:30 or 6. If it's not the axle we could use an extra hand or two taking apart the tranny. We may hit a few junkyards while we're at it. | ||
