OK well the time has finally come to swap to a lower mileage tranny. 316K miles and it's amazing to me it held on this long.
Now the question I had was concerning the proper year tranny I need. If I'm not mistaken doesn't the 91-92's have a cable driven speedo? I have a 94 and I know it's an electronic driven speedo so am I on the correct path here? Just a little input would be appreciated before I screw up looking for a gear box.

91-92 are cable driven, 93 and up are electronic. You can swap the speedo sensors out to make the tranny compatible with what works in your car.
