At what PSI do you guys have your Fuel Pressure Regulators set at?

What setup are you running? I assume you are using an adjustable FPR, because you are running a 4 Bar fuel program or because you are using a custom Fuel Rail. The factory FPR is set at 3 bar and is not adjustable. If you are running a 4 Bar fuel program, set the FPR to ~52-53 psi at idle. Unplug the vacuum hose running to the FPR (this will simulate WOT) and the fuel pressure should read 59 psi (58.8 psi = 4 Bar).

I just have an adjustable FPR

and its on a N/A car

I have
Header
2.25 EXH
PR CAI
3/8 FUEL LINE < DOES THAT AFFECT THE CAR? OR NOT.

anyways im asking about the PSI since the car comes factory on 36-38psi but since i got the CAI my plugs come out white so I think no i dont think I know i need more fuel but im just asking to what PSI should i put it to.

Dude, not to be rude or anything but this ain't no Honda you're driving. Our cars have MAFs, therefore any change in volumetric efficiency is managed by the computer itself. The smart thing to do on this case, given the few modifications your car has... is to leave the preasure at its original value. Also Mike K. found out that a lot of the aftermarket regulators available are crap. They won't hold pressure after shutting the car off (2 seconds IIRC) so my humble recomendation based on this is leave the OEM regulator and fuel sysem as it came.
