: 370 inj@bar4 and ttz maf?
TUNED200 09-25-2002, 09:34 PM i was thinking how to squeeze the most power out of my current set up with upgrading to a larger turbo, so i am thinking
injectors at bar 4
ttz maf
what else? i have the ic front mounted using 2 1/2 pipe for ic pipe, warlboro255hp fuel pump, turbo back 2.5 in exhaust,no cat:rolleyes: , i know the t25 falls short, but i know it can handle say15psi, so thats my goal, 15psi on race gas. if i need 50 lb injectors, let me know any other suggestions, please respond.

spdracerUT 09-25-2002, 10:14 PM Just remember that when you push the t25 that hard(that's more than twice the stock boost), it's going to die a lot quicker. At that psi, that little turbo is probably spinning like 200k rpm. Just for reference, i'm running a t25 with S3 cams, and I'm topping out both the stock maf in 370cc injectors at 10psi. I'm actually topping out the injectors at like 8-9 psi. I'm planning on stepping up to a bored maf and 4bar program. Need to get a 3" exhaust too (running a 60mm, ~2.36", Greddy). I'm hoping for 230+whp or so on the t25 at 12 psi.

DannySE99 09-26-2002, 12:25 AM If you decide to keep 370cc injectors I suggest you get the 4bar program. Really helps out alot. I have 370cc with the 4bar program and at 11.5psi I dynoed at 270whp and the car was still running rich. I drive it daily at 12psi. See my signature for my mods.

Hey, what is the largest ammount of boost you can run on your set up?
Would i be alright runing like a max of 15psi or so on race gas with your setup, but with a t3 to4e turbo, and some lower comp. pistons like 9-1 or 8.6-1 or would that be too much boost?
I am planning on getting the hotshot turbo kit, 4 bar ecu program, bored maf, ttz pistons or aftermarket ones, a fuel pump, and a s-afc.
Victorious 09-26-2002, 10:41 PM How much power are you trying to make? And how much are you trying to spend? The answer to those questions will determine what to purchase? If you're trying to make about 280HP. Then I suggest you goy with Andreas Miko and his 370, 4bar, and bored maf. This is the cheapest option. Once you upgrade to 50lb injectors, you'll need to purchase a custom fuel rail and resistors. And it would be wise to purchase a larger fuel pump as well. Hope that helps.

I thought with FMIC, 3in exh, and a walbro, 11.75psi was the max for 370s and stock maf????

TUNED200 09-27-2002, 08:33 AM i was planning on running as much boost as possible on the t25 for trips to the drag strip, and i run 6.5 on the street. i know cams are in the near future. if the t25 dies, then i am thinking a t3t04b, since it can get me in the high200whp range. thanks for the help guys.

Victorious 09-27-2002, 10:25 AM I was just about to suggest that setup. It's a lot cheaper than going with a T3/T04, 50lb injector, and 300ztt setup.

I've never have taken it past 12psi. One time I went to the track and add some 112oct in the car and tried 13psi but it did not work. It ended up making my car run REALLY rich and I did not have enough spark to burn the gas. If I had MSD in the car then the highest i would boost it up too on race gas would be 13 to 13.5psi. No more than that on those injectors.
