Is the paint strong enough to withstand monkies who change tires?

I dont have a writeup yet...I'll cook something up this weekend :) The paint is holding up ok, I just painted these recently, I had them all black before, and they started getting a few chips from road debris.

But I'll write something about painting the wheels a little bit later.
