Does anyone have a place where they can get these cheap? I spent about 3 hours looking on the net and this is the style I want----universal muffler to weld up to my custom pipe.

No N1 here.

Thanks,

My friend might be able to get you one pretty cheap. I won't be able to let you know till Monday though:( He will have to call and get a price for it.

That's fine. Just PM me with the price. Best I have seen is $175 shipped to my door.

Thanks!

Try Andreas, he builds custom exhaust with these mufflers. He might be able to sell you the muffler for a good price.

I know of a place... if i remember, I'll get you a number from my email account, when i go home.

I wanted one too, since i had one on another car and it sounds nice and I like the look. But i got a VRS setup, with a dunk look alike canister.

Sure, PM me that number when you have a chance.

BTW---what did the knock-off Apex'i sound like? Loud, raspy? Or deep and semi-quiet? I have always been a bit afraid to buy a generic muffler.

I'm pretty sure the Dunk is a deep tone muffler. The cannister itself looks HUGE so I bet there is a good amount of packing in there to keep the muffler quiet.

Yeah it sounds nice and deep, not tinny or ricey...

Hey thanks! Problem is--I looked at the site and all I saw was the N1:( I am not real interested in that. I want the worldsport exhaust---at least I think that's what it's called.

Any ideas?

Call them up and check to see. They did have the Dunk a few weeks ago, might have sold out by now. The World Sport exhaust (WS) is just like the regular exhaust they make for Sentras. Flat oval shaped muffler and real quiet, looks like a stock muffler only slightly bigger.
