i'm slowly getting the DE harness connected to my VE. found out that there's another IACV sensor connector that was on the lowport DE motor's intake manifold, that connects to the sensor shown below. it is the IACV-air regulator, according to my FSM. do i need to swap this sensor over to my VE as well, and if so, where do i connect it to?

or can i just leave the harness connector unplugged for this sensor?

I've never looked up what that thing does. If there is no place for it on your ve manifold, you probably can't use it.

Yes, just leave the harness disconnected.

thank you gentlemen. i will be using a 91-93 JWT ECU so I don't think the sensor will be relevant to it anyway

"IACV-air regulator" sounds like an idle air control valve to me.
Maybe there's another part that serves the same function... but lemme tell ya this..

Without an IACV, your car will not idle :p

its nothing to worry about, just ignore it an leave the plug hanging/taped up
