I'm shooting for around 200-225 whp. My question is will a bb t25 setup on my de get me there at stock boost with a 3 inch exhaust, front mount, s3 cams, and pulleys? Thanks in advance.

you can get there, but not at stock boost.

With the cams... it'll be a close call at stock boost. I only have a 60mm/2.36" exhaust(greddy), S3s, t25 on DE, FMIC. And at 10psi, I pulled my friends civic hard (dyno'd at 185 whp) and I had 3 people in my car vs. just him(he had a bunch of stuff in his car though..... I guess equvilent to another person)!

NA, the S3 cams add like 12whp or so. With the t25 turbo, I figure it adds 20+whp. Someone dyno'd a 40+whp gain with cams using T04e turbo I think. I need to get around to dyno'ing my car. The cams really help out the turbo up top... power doesn't seem to drop off at all really.... I guess after 7k vs. 5.5k from those without cams(from what I've read). And I'm running a small exhaust.

I HIGHLY suggest going with the 4bar ecu program and a bored MAF (and fuel pump of course!). At stock boost, I'm hitting 95% injector duty cycle with the 370s at 3bar fuel pressure.

That goal of 200-225 on stock boost is very achievable..on 370cc's and a 3bar all though not recommended anymore...Ive dynoed 222 whp and 219 lb/tq on stock boost.. with the 370's @ 3bar..at 7psi....little 112 to help out with the temps.@ orlando dyno day.....if i had an afc for fine tunning because i was still running rich im positive i would of hit 225 whp on stock boost....in addition ive seen a yellow b13 bb swap set at 14psi on stock fuel system 370's and 3bar dynp 258 whp and 261 lbs tq...it was detonating on the dyno though....kinda stupid if you ask me...my suggestion sale the 370's buy the 50lber's at 4 bar slap a t3/t4 of your choice and have fun

I am running a very similar setup, t25 on a DE, front mount BB intercooler. Soon (as soon as it is delivered) I will be adding a 255L fuel pump, S3s and a Greddy Profec B. I was planning on 8psi on the street and 10 for the track with appropriate octane. I was wondering if or when I will need an intercooler upgrade. I am running a JWT Comp, 370cc injectors at 3 BAR, and stock DE MAF. The weather is very cool around here this season, I am planning on an intercooler change in the Spring, but do you suggest that I change now? Should I look to change injectors, MAF and program now as well? I am not looking for a specific HP goal, I want Boxster S performance at Walmart prices :)
