AutoMeter2 5/8" Ultra-Lite oil psi,oil temp, water temp in custom CF HVAC panel

A'pexi Multi-Checker

Gotta love the rice in there, planed mods:
HS header,Random cat, Stromung resonated mid-pipe, A'pexi NA N1(All ordered, but the header)

HS CAI(used package deal with header)

NX2000 frt brakes

Rear disc swap(Is the bracket out yet??LOL)

Shortend strut coilovers(AD,ME,Sigspeed,Tein???)

Goal for this car: since I have the little GA, plans/goals are simple. Turn it into an improved daily driver/weekend toy. Nothing too fancy, no big power planned. After this car has met the goals I plan on finding a SR powered car to go "all out" with. Think of it as a barley street legal turbo monster. I hope to gain valuable experince with the XE to help me with my next project, as well as have the XE for a "Family" car.

About me(If you care to know) I am a 22 year old ASE master tech for a GMC dealership. I am also an active member/supermoderator of Nissanforums.com. I am begining to submit articles to Sentra.net as well. My favorite thing about these online comunities is helping out newbies(i am one here though :) ) Like others helped me back in the old days of Sentra.net. You may ask why a GA owner would come here.. Well I have found this site very informative for tech stuff(I am a Geek), plus I am already gearing up for my SR powered project car..
Anyone know were I could find a totaly stock SR powered car in about 2 years? :)

Thanks, I am going to try to keep it as "clean" as I can. I really like the Multi-Checker. I bought it when I had turbo plans(not anymore), but I think it will stay in the XE. I am interested in how much the new intake will change the air flow readings. It should be usefull for testing mods like that. I like the fact that it removed the speed limiter :)

Looks good, If you could get an OEM wing and the SE-L taillights the rear end would look even better:D

SR20RACER, I agree with you on both counts. Gotta get my go fast stuff done first ya know :)

BTW: Since the pic was taken the SENTRA and XE badges have been taken off.

No rear disc swap yet, Thats on my "planned mods" list. Still waiting for someone to produce an adapter now that SMC is gone.

Like I said I'd like to keep the car clean looking. It doesnt right now though, those damn Hella 500's(not in any of those pics) look like crap becuase I have not "sunk" them into the bumper yet. I love the lights they work great, but the look like poo. I wish I could find some really bright driving lights(not fogs) that I could fit "into" the bumper. After all I do live in Moose country.

You have a great looking car yourself, there is no denying how good B14 wheels look on a Classic.

I have chatted with Craig(Chef) a couple of times as well as another boosted 1.6 owner(Mike Young). While I am impressed with what these guys have achived with there 1.6's and the "kick in the butt" they have delt to the 1.6 aftermarket, when I do turbo a car its gonna be SR powered. With my goal for that car being in the 300 to 350whp range, I know it will be bullet-proof.
What I would like to do is get a 200SX SE-R and build it externaly identical to my 99, minus 2 doors ofcourse. Same color, F&R facias, trunk, tails, wheels(bigger though) you get the pic. That way when I am half asleep walking out to my car in the morning to go to work Ill never know which one I 'm in untill I hit the loud pedal :D

That rear panel thingy over the trunk, where the reverse lights are.... looks kinda neat. Did you paint that or did it come that way?

That's some nice fake carbon fiber! Peel-n-stick? I think it looks better than the one off the SE-L because it kinda matches the color of your car...
