Hey guys, I need a favor. I'm a transfer from the Honda scene (I know, I know), but I came across a '93 240SX SE coupe sitting in the weeds behind a house. It's got 150k miles, automatic, nice interior, paint is faded, and it's a southern Tennessee car with zero rust. The engine has been torn down quite a bit, but I'm not interested in the KA24 anyways. I'd want it for a DET/5 speed swap. The owner still lives in Tennessee and is asking $500 for it and the guy says he doesn't know if she will come down any. I'm sure she would come down some since it needs an engine.

Worst case scenario: she won't budge off of $500. Is this car worth that money, or should I just walk away? How much would you pay for it? I don't have the internet at my house, so if someone could call or text my cell and give me a ballpark appraisal of this car, I would really appreciate it.
