I have a 200sx se-r sr20de+t t25 turbo. I have an Apexi SAFCII andfor the most part its tuned, I have 370cc injctors and a n60 maf.I have been richening up the apexi from 4500-5000rmp and its currently at -6%. When im under boost around 4-4500 to 5000rpm my wideband will go from 11.0 to 12.3 to 13.0 im scared of blowing up my motor. Anybody know what is causing this problem?? I'm boosting 10psi currently and it only happens if i go from a dig or drop form 4th to 2nd at a roll... any help would be appreciated.

Fuel pump not keeping up. or Voltage to pump not keeping a constant 12v.
