I have an autometer boost gauge. It reads boost all day long 7psi under load, BUT NO VACUUM.  Any suggestions or is AutoMeter a POS gauge from what I have read?? The car runs fine especially for using the stock ecu.

Where is your boost gauge vaccum line plugged?

I believe its connected off the wastegate if I am looking at it correctly. On the intercooler on the right side underneath there is a line that runs from it, that where its T'ed into.

Its needs to be tapped in somewhere behind the throttle plate, for instance like the FPR vacuum line is the best place for most responsive/acurate readings.

Yup, if it's T'ed before the trottle plate, you will only get boost, while vaccum is the pressure IN the intake manifold. Consider your engine as an air pump, you want to know what's the capacity of that pump. That is what vaccum is.
Just T it on the FPR, it really is the best place. First I T'ed mine on the BOV line, but it wasn't as accurate as FPR line.

Just make sure you Zip-Tie the living daylights out of the connection to the vacuum line at the FPR.
For safety's sake. You do NOT want that line popping off under boost.
Friendly reminder. Obligatory smiley. :)

Side note after you zip tie the vacuum line on as tight as possible pull it off and get some pliers and pull the zip tie another 2 or so click, this will assure it isn't going to come of that easy, it works really good.
