right in the middle of honolulu...

we have 3 b13 se-r's (91,93,94) in our little group... we go to Hawaii Raceway Park for legal dragging every few weeks... give me a buzz if anything...

pearl, thats a pretty good time, considering your trap speed.. what did you have on your car? what was your 60ft times?

you already have a 91, 93, and 94 so my 92 should fit right in. I cant afford to bring it right away but probably in the spring if i decide to stay out there. Ive helped on a sr20ve swap into a B14 and also a det into a s13 240sx so im definitely down for working on projects and stuff. By the way, anyone know of a cheap room for rent?? Ive got a place lined up for $450 a month but ive heard you can get cheaper.

Also, any of you guys surf?

Thanks,

nathan

if thats 450 for your own room somewhere in town, thats very reasonable.. probably could get a little cheaper by sharing a place with a bunch of people(hehe, check the campus boards of UH), I'll let you know if I see a good deal...

hey guys,

you guys in honolulu should pm me your numbers so we can hang out. Id love to go up to the track one weekend. I already saw a turbo Golf and turbo Beetle (both with big ass front mounts) rolling around today so i know VW is strong around here. Im down on waikiki for now, probably moving near manoa next week. later

camoser- post your car for sale on forumshawaii.net, lots of lowballers but for a rare-ish car like the starion, it might do well..

when you guys get your cars, maybe we can meet up.. didn't do so well at the tracks this past sat., I only managed 15.5@88.9mph. The 91 did 15.1@91.49, and the 93 15.7@88.. we all basically have the same mods...
it would be interesting to see what your cars would run here... so we can compare how slow this track is...

when i first received my car in washington, with just the intake and advanced timing, with bad engine mounts and a whole in the stock muffler i ran a 16.1 at 87 mph. My clutch slips so bad now i can't even try hard launches!

It's a toss up: DET or a an '86 AE86. If it's DET then there's gonna be some parts for sale- '94 stock US lowport sr20, AEBS 4-1 headers. If the AE86 wins, then there's gonna be a b13 for sale.

for your sake, I hope you're into drifting or cruising up tantalus, cause hachis(AE86) are fricken slow for straight-line performance... you could motor swap that car too I suppose but it needs a 20V or Turbo motor to really start moving..

whichever you decide, let me know when you do... I'm sure I can find someone to take the SE-R off your hands.. heheh

I just picked up my SE-R from Matson on Veterans' day- man, what was I thinking? I'd forgotten how nice it is to drive! Forget hachis.
