i am still trying to get my already swapped gtir b13 to run good. the 02 sensor that sits on the gtir engine when i got it was cut there was no plug on it just wires coming out of it. i thought that the jwt ecu that the person put in it somehow is running of the maf only or something but my car is still running like poop. i was wondering if that is the problem.

uh if im not mistaken jwt flashes for the factory sr o2 and maf also unless said different by the person wanting the ecu done. Correct me if im wrong

o2 sensors on older cars only work at idle and while cruising, they are narrowband sensors, they are looking for stochiometric and that's it. My turbo b13 runs fine without the o2 sensor. I've left it unplugged on accident and didn't even notice.

i have noticed that it runs great while on the gas but the idle is just to eradicate for me. thanks for the info i did not know that is the difference between narrow and wideband sensors.

so i got a oem stock replacement that would have came on my 93 sentra ser and it does not fit in the bung. is there a o2 sensor that will fit into the gtir bung that will also work with a jwt ecu?
