i have finally broke down a bought everything to do my NX2000 brake upgrade. 2 new loaded front calipers, 2 new brembo front rotors, new goodridge stainless brake lines, new brake pads for the rear. it all cost about $400. if NAPA hadn't raped me on the passenger side loaded caliper it would have cost a lot less. Advance Auto parts was much nicer and cheaper, $50 per caliper :) Good luck on finding the right hand loaded caliper for the NX2000 anywhere besides NAPA (a.k.a. rape me store) i think there is a national shortage.... thanks to all you guys......ha ha ha ha ha........that's a good thing though
brake lines $138 including shipping
left caliper $50 plus core ($55)
right caliper $74 plus core ($50) plus $8 freight
2 brembo frt. rotors $89 free shipping
rear bendix pads $31
installation 1 weekend and a 24 pack of Bud-Light bottles
joy of everything going smoothly.........priceless
98 Sentra 2.0 (not enough mods to list.......yet)

Anyone need a NX master Cylinder ?? Just a thought
Also the brackets you are talking about are called the torque members, I have heard some come with them and some dont, I guess it just depends who you buy them from...

the part numbers from Advance Auto Parts are:
A1 CARDONE 17-1441 $48.99 Loaded; Reman.; Left; Front; w/Semi-Met. Pads; OE Metal Piston; To 2/92 There is an additional $55.00 core charge on this product
A1 CARDONE 17-1440 $48.99 Loaded; Reman.; RH; Front; w/Semi-Met. Pads; OE Metal Piston; To 2/92
There is an additional $55.00 core charge on this product
i believe they all come with the torque member, atleast that's what my search in the sentra archives has shown. also, all of these part numbers along with others can be found by searching the archive, i think i typed in NX2000 BRAKES. you will find more info. that way than i could ever give you
PS I could really use an NX2000 master cylinder, if it will fit my 98 sentra SE. Didn't they say to use like a 1995 Altima M.C. for our cars. I could be wrong, and i usually am.

If you do the larger maxima rear calipers and NX big rear rotor then you should upgrade to the altima master cylinder. Otherwise the stock one is just fine man. No problems here.
