Up for sale is a full DIY ramhorn2 SR20DE/SR20VE turbo manifold kit that i purchased new from Mazworx. I attempted to do some welding and fittment on it but its gonna be more trouble for me than what its worth as im not a very good welder, dont have the proper welded for the job or many of the other tools needed.

All the pieces are there and most untouched. I did attempt to weld onto the head flange, collector, and turbo flange but cut the welds and ground it back down smooth to clean it up. No surfaces that mate against gaskets such as the head flange where it meets the head and turbo flange where it meets the turbo have been ground down or touched. Just the sides welded onto. I used a total of 4 elbows and about 4-5 inches of straight pieces that have been touched. You will get everything that came with the kit.

Paid over $300 for the kit new about a month and a half ago. Again only touched 4 of the elbows and they can still be used without problems. Very smooth merge collector, head flange fits perfectly and so on.

Im asking $200 shipped for all of this. Save well over $120 than buying it straight from Mazworx.

idk if its worth it to you .. you have to tack it all together to desired location.. then if it was to hard for you take it to a welder to weld up for you ..
do like 3 or 4 tacks...

Thats the thing, ive tried to do it that way as well and cant really get it where i want it and the tacks are not holding up.

Im gonna go a different route.

which flanges does your kit have? ie: t2 or t3, wastgate? fits det head?

It has a t4 flange but can be drilled and tapped to t3 as the openings are pretty much the same size. No wastegate flange as i bought a 50mm synapse wastegate that comes with the flange to weld on. Other than that, yes it fits the de/det/ve/gtir any sr20 head.
