I need to know where the coolant line on the throttle body closest to the firewall goes and then where does this connect to, (The little elbow sticking out of the hardlines shown here in this pic facing the oil filter but is located closer to the starter.)

On the back side of the motor fixxed to the hard coolent lines you will find two ports that are for the coolent line on the TB but I see you live in So Cal. so I would just make sure that none of these ports are open(cap them) and not run coolent to the TB as its not needed to preheat for your climate. Sorry for the run on sentence.

Don't cap the lines, just loop them together.
