OK here's the deal. Now that I installed my walbro my fuel pressure gauge has been playing tricks on me! When I start the car and idle it reads 47-49. When I drive it goes to 50-52 under normal driving. If I coast it stays at 47-48. If I get in it, it goes up to 54-57. That seems ok as I was consistently 5 # lighter (40-52)everywhere on the stock pump. The problem is now sometimes it reverts back to those low pressure # What is wrong  Has anyone else with a fuel pressure gauge experienced this? What do I do to fix or diagnos this? Thanks peps.By the way the gauge is electrical. If that helps any.

i'm not sure i'm following you, but if the numbers are HIGHER, do you think maybe the pump is overwhelming the stock fuel pressure regulator? maybe it can't return that much fuel?
btw - does anyone make a fpr for an sr20?

I don't think that's it. What are some of you guys with the walbro 255 getting for fuel pressure #s?
I was told that I should be reading at least 55 psi when driven hard under boost. I was only getting 52, 53 on occasions with the stock pump. I get 56-57 with the walbro. I'm going to change the FPR and check the ground and see if that corrects it.
Hey should I get an adjustable FPR or just a regular one? Is there much differrence in price? Thanks
