As they are on the starion, it wouldn't fit at all on my nx2000. I was debating on whether or no to keep the aluminum crossover tube or cut it off and reroute it. I have a plumbing plan but I was looking for some other peoples routing examples with the starion IC for inspiration. either way the IC is going to need some cutting and welding. I am fabrication the intake plumbing from 2" and 2.5" mandrel bent tubing. -dave saucemaxx 03-01-2003, 11:13 PM Starion intercoolers are great, but did you presure test it yet? About 3 years ago my brother and I found a few conquests in a yard in Milwaukee, we got them for $20 each (owner insisted they were radiators and radiators are $20 no negotiations) :D But 2 of the 4 leaked, we fixed 1 with JB Weld, but the other was unfixable dave_f 03-01-2003, 11:25 PM I checked the IC by hose clamping an inner tube across both ends of the IC and using the schrader valve and a bike pump to pressurize it. Thanks. skyliner 03-02-2003, 02:54 PM 8 1/4 X 3 X 22(tank end to end) , this is a Conqest 16 row IIRC there is also a 14 row, don't know if it measures the same. I had picks of mine front mounted , but Wal-green's decided to expose my film. Dave_f do you have a B-13 Sentra or NX trying to figure out what you mean by crossover tube? If you mean the tubes on the Intercooler, do yourself a favor and cut them both off. They measure 1 3/4, I had 2.25 aluminum tube welded into the ends , similar to what NX-DET showed you. I try to hunt down a D-camera and snap some pics of mine.
