My check engine light just came on today, it is not the o2 for sure. My gas milage still great. Is it my EGR, where is it and how can I fix it?

Dude, the check engine light can be for LOTS of things, not just EGR or an O2 sensor. Pull the code like your FSM or Haynes tells you can start your diagnosis from there.
