what kind of caliper brackets are those and what calipers are they? and whats in the wrap in the pic on the top right?

it's for drum to disc conversion kit, I have the complete kit. comes with maxima calipers stainless brake hose parking cable and slotted rotors. The warped item is the wide body flares to match the body kit.
