Hi guys.

Thought that I should share my ongoing project. It all started for 2 years ago with a slightly modified S13 coupe with the standard EDM CA18DET with a top mounted T04e turbocharger. Never dynoed this motor.

The first winter (The Swedish winters are cold and snowy) things started to go "bad".

Cusco rollcage. A full welded rollcage will hopefully be installed next winter.

The rear subrame got some TLC.

The chassis got seamwelded. Both under, under the bonnet and inside the car.

The front got the same treatment. Driftworks adjustable lower control arms and caster arms.

Enough with the "boring" stuff. The CA18 engine was sold and I bought a S14 SR20DET engine. I cheated and bought a turn key engine. But I´ve made some changes on it, more changes will come.

This is just the start, have lots of more pics but not the time to upload all at this time.

The goal with this car is to dyno more then 612 crankhorsepower. That´s what´s the seller dynoed the engine before he selled the engine. It´s pretty near the first startup now. Hopefully it will work fine during the upcomming summer.

*HKS 256 deg intake, 264 deg exhaust. HKS Rocker arm stopper.
*Ported and polished head, squish edges removed.
*Match ported GReddy intake manifold, with Mazworx spacer.
*Down mounted Garrett GT35R 0.86A/R, 50mm wastegate.
*CP pistons 86,5mm. Eagle rods. Billett crank.
*GReddy oil pan.
*Removed AC and PS.
*Remote oil filter and 25row oilcooler.
*AC Delco 130A alternator.
*MSD coils and wires.
*Denso Iridium (IK27) spark plugs.
*OS-Giken twinplate clutch and release bearing.
*Nismo slavecylinder.
*Removed "clutchdamper".
*Z32 TT 5speed tranny (under rebuild) with adapter plate and custom prop.

*Twin Bosch 044 fuel pumps, Henko Racing pump "in tank".
*4L surge tank.
*AN-10 feed lines, AN-8 return line.
*Aeromotive AN-10 FPR.
*Bosch 1680cc injectors.
*Custom fuelrail.
*2011 will it run on ethanol (E85).

Chassis

*Everything excluding the sway bars are fully adjustable.
*Pollyurethane bushings where there aren´t uniballs.
*Seem-welded inside, under the bonnet and under the car.
*Nismo powerbrace.
*Coilovers with "EDC"

Brakes

*315mm front brakediscs, Z32 calipers.
*Z32 rear brakes.
*Endless brake pads.
*Hydrualic e-brake.
*Z32 master cylinder.
*Removed ABS.
*Custom hubs, have both 5x120 and 5x114,3.

Wheels

*BBS Challange 8,5x18" front, 10x18" rear.
*Road tires on these now. Semislicks will be mounted soon.


Electric

*Custom built wiring system, with only the necessery left.
*Prosport 60mm stepper gauges: Oil pressure/temp and EGT.
*Autometer 52mm boost gauge (passengerside dash).
*Autometer 60mm boost gauge (driver side, on rollcage).
*Innovate XD-16 wideband Lambda.
*Haltech PS1000 (not ordered yet).
*Electric PS from a Toyota MR-S, with control unit.

Interior

*Flocked dash and doorcards.
*OMP Alcantara steering wheel.
*Corbeau Sprint bucket seats.
*5-point 3" Cobra harness.
*Cusco rollcage (will be exchanged to a fully welded cage).
*Extended gearshifter.

Exterior

*Seibon carbon bonnet.
*Custo headlights, supermade versions avaible too.
*Small lip on the hatch.
*Kouki taillights.
*Nismo clear sideindiators.

The outside of the car is almost "stock" and so will it be. It´s going to be a clean Time Attack car.. =)

I´ve spent the weekend with troubleshooting my ancient Haltech E6X. I bought it in the beginning of this build, it wasn´t planned to be so "extreme" build as it turned in to...

The problem is that the triggersignal is missing (in the software) but with an oscilliscope the signal is fine. Yesterday was the first time I´ve got some trigger with the triggercount. Seems that it´s the internal reluctor or something. A new PS1000 will be ordered as soon as the $ starts rolling in.

The Stagea is my fathers car, we bought it this Autumn and fixing it up for the summer.. =)

The last pieces are comming together and my MSD coils are now temporary replaced by VAG coils and now I got spark.
Need to wait untill after work tomorrow for aligning the timing and hopefully get the engine running after my mods.. =)

I´ll post some clips as soon as the engine is running.

I´ve finally got some driving (out in the snow) with the car. Got it to run on all cylinders but way too rich...

The plans for the weekend is to remove my old Haltech and replace it with the PS1000. My old Haltech will be mounted on my friends insane K10 with a E15T (Cherry turbo) engine.. =)

While I´m waiting on my PS1000I´m planning to get the bar for my 5-point harness finished.

Well it´s time to take the build to a new level. The focus is to go from clean to more race, that´s after a fender rolling turned bad.
A new Rocket Bunny kit is ordered, should have it next week and start to test fit it.

This years goal is to make about 600whp and that need some wide tires to get some traction.. =) So with the wide arches that the body kit provides and a new welded rollcage (next winter) it´s strictly business..... =)
