Do what? That is the brake bleeder nipple. It has nothing to do with ABS. That is were you release the pressure on the caliper when your bleeding your brakes. Your old calipers should have the same nipple and rubber cap.

Your going to install calipers and you don't know what a brake bleeder is? Please, for your sake and others, have a knowledgable friend help. There are NO abs components on the caliper or rotors for the NX brake upgrade. They are on the spindle and the axles.
