I am happy to report that the car is running great, idles more steady than my DE did and pulls like a mother and does not stall with a non-recirculated BOV thanks to the SAFC. Cruising around its able to maintain a 14.7-8 A/F ratio WOT is still kind of rich because I made it like that on purpose, lets just say that stock with the SAFC zero'd out it was registering 10.0 A/F at WOT still felt very strong now its tuned it down to about 11.6 and it felt even better along with the gas milage getting better. I am running without a DP right now, actually it isn't that loud, I was surpried NA is much louder this way. The biggest problem I ran into during the swap was a fuel injector I had to swap rails because the DET rail was bent so when I switch them to a new rail I was careful in tightening each injector down evenly but the #3 injector small o-ring somehow smashed and caused a huge fuel leak so I fixed started right after all the excess gas burned up so the next day I go to start the car and it won't start, take the rail out whata you know #3 o-ring smashed again this time I added a light coat of oil on the small o-ring and so far so good although I think it may still have a very minor leak but at least the car idles rock steady now.

Are you using a wideband O2 sensor ?

Thank you, and no im not using a wide band O2 just the stock narrow band.

4 wire o2 sensor instead of the 2 wire

That's not right, yes they might be 4 wire sensors but that is not their main difference. Some mustangs and LS1's have a 4 wire narrow band 02 sensor.
A wideband o2 sensor allow you to tune part throttle drivability because of it's range of accuracy and signal output compared to a narrow band o2 sensor. A narrow band sensor is very inaccurate and almost impossible to tune for a good AF when running part throttle.

Click here to see the details. Also I believe charlie posted a bunch of links in previous posts about narrow band o2 sensors. http://www.techedge.com.au/vehicle/wbo2/wbntk.htm

An autometer gauge is useful for giving a GENERAL idea of rich or lean, but nothing substantial for accurate tuning in my opinion.

Actually a wideband is usually a 5 wire 02 sensor. The techedge W/B 02 sensor uses a NTK one which is off a honda cx. It retails for $200 but you need the Uego heater and a corresponding digital display for voltage.

Right. I counted the 2 orange wires as one :p . You are correct it is a 5 wire sensor.
