Lookie here... (http://www.todaracing.com/products/nissan_sr20det/piston_kit.html)

They have two sized bores, 84mm and 86mm. My question is, will I have to have the sleves bored if I wanted the 86mm kit, or will I need to bore for the 84mm also?

Also, The price is almost $1,000. Seems kinda steep. In comparison to the Weisco forged pistons, am I getting a good deal with the Toda's? Basically what I'm saying is, do the Weisco $400 pistons come with rings and all the other goodies that the Toda set comes with? Thanks a lot-BEN

do you mean 86mm or 87mm bore? No you will not need to sleeve the block. The stock bore is 86mm you will be fine. Just use a torque plate too bore the block out.

I was told that the ring lands were thicker on the toda pistons does anyone know?

IMHO I would not pay that much for toda pistons you canhave a custom set built for cheaper. If you need the name toda on yourr car them get them.....

yea, I mean 86 and 87mm bores. So what about the 87mm piston kit? Would I need to bore the sleeves for those?

Yes anything over 86mm you will need to bore the block. Anything over 88mm I would say sleeve the block. if you use the 87mm make sure you use a torque plate. It will make the cylinder walls round..
