So, if you had a spare VC, what would you do with it?

I never thought I would like a chromed VC until I saw one in person. W:eek:W it was nice. Sure the powdercoating is cool, but nothing shines like chrome. I have mine polished, it looks nice about twice a year.:D

I do have an extra one but not the $50 to get it powdercoated gunmetal.

I like powdercoating. Red, please:

My second choice is... some silver Sterling coat from www.jet-hot.com .

That stuff doesn't chip, doesn't flake, and will take up to 1,200 degrees. :)

I prefer polishing.. If you dedicate time to it. It can look awesome!

i say stock. ONLY because i don't have the time or patience to keep anything in my engine bay clean, so doing anything to the VC would be a waste of money.

I prefer mine powder coated white. To match the car. I have a polished one that I don't use anymore. If you don't keep it clean it doesn't look to great. Like dull aluminum. As far as the chrome goes you can have stuff powder coated chrome as well. Looks good too.

If they made enough they would probably be willing to do them in colors too for the people that wanted colors. I have seen red, blue and yellow CF.

Well I just emailed them asking how many it would take. We'll see what they say.

I'd really like mine a black chrome. Most of you know what I mean. Not the chrome that hurts your eyes, but a smooth finish that looks like it was smoked. It looks really good, I would think. My GREX shift knob has the same finish and it looks really fly.

Of course, if I couldn't have one of those, I could settle for carbon fiber, I GUESS!

Wow, i didn't even think about CF. well, i guess i started this poll w/ the mindset of currently available things to do. a CF VC would be awesome, although kinda pricey.

Light weight is my style!!!

I would love a carbon fiber hood and a valve cover to match.
