My friend works at a stereo shop and we built it using their tools because I dont have all the saws and stuff. Its not really expensive gear but it sounds nice. Two Polk Audio EX Series 12's. An MTX152 Series amp. Only pushing 150 watts at 4ohm to to each speaker. Its not overwhelming loud but at least it looks nice and sounds clear. Im really looking forward to the winghouse trip...if i can find the damn place. ;)

Looks nice, but how much does it weigh? I'm debating on whether to take that step of removing my spare and building up the trunk. I'm not brave enough yet.. lol

the box itself doesnt really weight that much. its just two boxes that are .9sq ft each and it looks big because of all the false panelling and that doesnt weigh much at all. Thanks for all the positive comments everyone. I just can't wait to get my new amp. ;)

im inspired maybbee ill look in to geting some wood and carpet work in my trunk and take some pics i want to make a false pannel with a cloth speaker grill and get the box i have to stop moving but yours is very nice looks really clean but do you have much of a trunk left . not hating but your system looks great your car also looks great

thanks man. i still got some trunk space. i can fit a full size golf bag in there with a little room to spare. I dont do much traveling so I dont need much trunk. Only problem is the spare went bye-bye. :(
