I just wanted to know where is it possible to pass the power cable from the battery to the amp in our cars? I didn't see any holes or anything? Do i have to drill one?

I need to know this as well, I'm putting my stereo setup in this weekend.

Under the driver's side dash, there is a big grommet where a bunch of factory wires pass through. It is to the left of the clutch pedal. The trick to using this spot is that you have to pull down the inner lining of the front wheel because the grommet leads into the front fender. Once you peel the liner back, you'll see the grommet and you can run your cable into the engine bay from there. There is also a grommet towards the middle of the engine bay that passes right by the ecu, but I wouldn't use that one. I've had problems with the ecu throwing a check engine light, and at the time when I didn't know anything I brought it to the dealer and they said it was caused by electrical interference from the power cable passing right next to the ecu.

I have my 2 gauge power wire plus some other misc. wires runnin through the above mentioned spot w/o any problems.

Just got my setup put in yesterday. I drilled a whole in the firewall for the power wire, worked fine. Read this thread a little too late. No biggie.
