I've seen that lower lip on a few cars. Where can I get one of those? Looks like fiberglass?

Zero degree temps and snow covered curbs play hell with vinyl (it's a piece of vinyl house siding - yes, very ghetto, but it works, gave me +3 mpg on my highway trips, and lasted 6 years). At zero degrees, vinyl shatters like glass with even the smallest hit. Only problem I have now is I cannot find smooth siding anywhere anymore. Everything now has the fake woodgrain pattern on it.
