Soopastank 10-08-2002, 04:56 PM To all those that monitor thier water temps with some type of aftermarket gauge Electronic/Manual, what type of water temps are you getting on the freeway? cruising in town? and at idle after driving around town? *Also please post the weather temp in the area where you are getting your temps* Thanks guys! spdracerUT 10-08-2002, 05:44 PM in 80-90 degree weather, seeing around 195 on the highway. Idling, it'll go all the way up to 212 when the fans kick in and then go back down to ~202. In cooler weather(70s), somewhere in the 180s when moving. Low612 10-08-2002, 08:37 PM On the highway i see in 85-90 degrees under load about 190-195 at cruising speeds no load about 183. On cool days 60-75 i see 175-183.
