IIRC, it is a daughterboard w/ stock program.
He doesn't have any US maps that I know of.
Yes, you can change the code in the ecu, but you have to know how and what. You use a rom reader/writer to make your changes.(not included)
This is a great thing for those DIY people but may not be very friendly as a plug and play.
