Does anyone have any idea if the bluebird motor will fit and bolt up correctly to the stock trans in my nx2000? I have heard a few things from a couple people about the bluebird motor and that it spins the crank opposite of the nx. thanks

You've heard wrong.

If it's the SR20 out of a U12 or U13 bluebird then it will fit straight up with no problems at all. I am using an SR20DET from a bluebird and it bolts straight up to the transmission and existing engine mounts.
