I'm in the market for new tires for my B13.
It's got 15x7 rota slipstreams. I'd been running falken azenis RT-615 205/50/15's.
Any chance the Hankook 225/45/15's will fit in my wheel wells?
Is it even a good idea?

Depends on the wheel offset. 205s are close to touching the rear struts and I don't think 225s will fit.

yeah I know the rota's aren't exactly the same offset as stock, but I stayed as close as I could. I seem to remember thinking 205's was about as big as I could go.

225's needs an offset down around +30 to fit.

if you are lowered at all the front fenders will probably need a roll.
For the track I'm told it really makes the car stick like a booger. For the street I'd stick to 205.

The NASA AZ track guys love these tires in this size. I bought a set and will be mounting them on 15x7.5 Konig Lightspeeds for the 91 B13. Upgrading engine, tranny, clutch/PP, cooling for more intense track duty.
