is the stock gtir motor harness the same as the b13 se-r wire harness... ive found mixed answers on this some say yes some say no i just need a strait answer on this it would help me figure out some small issues im haveing

From what I know it is the same excep for a few connections which can easily be changed this is what my cousin did to put in his gtir in his b13

Ok and here's another issue the car wasn't running and now it runs but I have to hot wire the fuel.pump from the relay box under then hood bc if I just ralay as it should be in there the pump won't prime or run at all.... What could this be
