What's going on? I had a thread up but can't find it. Haven't updated it in a few months so maybe that's why. I had lost all interest on this little project do to it failing on me every other week or so...
1st) Started over heating-- changed thermostat (fail. Kept O/H)
2nd) realized the fans were seized fix this and car was fine
3rd) starter went-- was told that it was the terminals do to all the corrosion they had... Changed them! Guess what? Fail again!
4th) finally changed starter, and cars fine again!
5th) wife some how snaps driver side axle so I go to junk yard and rip one out an NX2k with the 1.6 motor. Guess what? Tremendous fail
6th) so I go and order one brand new
7th) as I install the axle "oh crap, need an axle seal so I order one new. Guess what? Even more tremendous fail cause they gave me the wrong one. The one they gave me I installed. Not realizing it was the wrong one
8th) 4 days pass by and all of a sudden. She's not taking gears so I tow it home. I go back to the parts store and reorder the axle and seal to compare amd they send the same ones. So now I'm thinking, "damn what did I do wrong. Everythings right." I tow it to my cousins and long and behold right off the back he tells me, "wrong axle seal" so I go to a different parts store. Order one and finally!!!! The right one
9th) now!!! She needs a clutch.
Lol. This car is a damn headache... That's why I lost All interest but then it hit me.... "I've dumped all this $$ into the damn car and headaches, I'll be damned if I sell it now" lol.
When I 1st bought her
•I slapped on the vent visors, hid's(6k) and alarm

•Then I did the ad22 brake upgrade and slapped on my pulsar gti-R rims on it

Ps- btw the ride with the megan's.... Is not the best... Not the worst but surely not the best...

B15 6spd LSD tranny
Better suspension(ksport is the plan)
Change interior from grey to black
Sunny 4 fog front bumper
Sunny fenders
Tsuru headlights n grill
SER rear lights
And much more hopefully
In process of a wedding so this all will take time!! But when done it will be one bad ass 4 door.
