I blew my head gasket between the cyclinder and the water jacket in my s14 so while i had the head off i decided to get the head milled and the valves all done and when i put the head all back on it leaked water out the side of the motor between the block and the head. It diddnt leak there before i took the head off,i did replace the head bolts and head gasket.

Is it possible that the head and block had warped together and when i got the head milled it sat on the high spots of the warped block causing it to leak?

you can check the head and deck surface with a mechanics straight edge and a feeler gauge. any extremly straight piece of metal would work. place the feelr gauge underneath the edge to check for warpage. It sounds like another bad head gasket or damaged. I would take it apart and you should visually see where and why it is leaking. Sometimes if the gasket is all copper you could use some silicone around the timing cover area.
