Where can I get an O2 snesor for my DET? My DE sensor is too big?

You have to switch out the bung or whatever you wanna call that the 02 sensor actually screws into. Does that make sense?

yeah, get your stock exhaust manifold and unscrew the bung from it. do they same for the DET manifold, and screw the DE bung in its place. it will fit

The holes in the two manifolds are completely different sizes. There is no way that I can see that they are the same.

the holes are 2 different sizes, as one is meant for the JDM 02 sensor, which will not read correctly for you. the BUNG, on the other hand(the threaded sleeve that the 02 screws into) will interchange, allowing you to use your USDM 02 sensor. check out Geo's article in SCC 'Hybrid How-to', it discusses it in there
