wassup guys and gals,

i need help i recently bought a 1999 sentra with a avenir sr20det motor. im new to the whole turbo thing so i need advice.
my problem is after running it for a week the rad fan went out and i started over heating. i had white smoke coming out the tailpipe, headgasket was blown. i took it a part and replaced it.(alot easier than my 200sx).

my new problem is the car idles right, but when i give it gas it takes time to boost up. also black smoke comes out the tailpipe now.
its got a greddy boost 8 psi, and a apex system i left the same setting alone.
but the car is reving funny like the rev elimiter comes on pretty quickly.
1st and 2nd gear feels like its bogging, and little to no power (holding back)
3rd gear acts right... turbo sounds like it when i got it.
its parked for now till i get more info.

sounds like it running rich check your air fuel ratio.
