to make this work on a US Spec FWD SR20DE, you will have to turn the MAF 45 degrees counter clockwise as the MAF Adaptor will only go in one way and fits perfectly plus this position supposedly gets more airflow towards the intake tract. The tube that connects to the MAF connects to the OEM hose that used to connect from your PAIR Valves into your stock air box, or if you choose you can plug up the hole on the MAF and get a breather filter.
