I am almost positive it is a bolt on situation. It's basicaly a 200sx hatch. We discussed just using the grill a few monthes ago. I would say yes.

Assuming that's the foreign version, who do I call to order the headlights?

Oh gosh, this sounds as pricey as a JDM Integra front end conversion. First you just want the bumper, then the lights, then you need the hood, then the fenders, then the bumper support ETC ETC until you have spent $2000 to be what? STOCK!:p

Looks more like the N14 than the B14 chassis.

it is the n14 chassis. i have done several months research on doing this swap. it is still in the works, i just need a reason to replace my front end. there are slight differences in the two, which could makea swap a lil' more challenging. if you look closely the bumper on the almera comes up around the corner lamp. our b14 goes straight under our lamp. i have a parts diagram w/ part numbers for the almera (although it's not the best diagram, i'll admit). as w/ any front end conversion, whether it's a street weapon drift kit or this, you're gonna have to pay some $$ to make it look good. the question is how much do you wanna spend to be the only kid on the block w/ an almera bumper?
